#### How much does YAMM cost?

YAMM Pro is billed once a year. Its price depends on the country you're billed in and on the account you send from:

#### How can I pay? Can I get a quote and send a purchase order?

You can pay with most debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and UnionPay), Apple Pay or Google Pay. For orders over $1,000, we can send you a quote and accept a purchase order.

#### Is there a free plan?

Yes. You can use YAMM up to 20 recipients per day completely free of charge. [Install YAMM](https://app.yamm.com/signup) and start sending emails now.

#### Do you offer plans for bigger teams?

Yes. The Team plan covers up to 100 users. For more than 100 users, [contact us](https://support.yet-another-mail-merge.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) for an Unlimited plan quote.

#### What counts as a user?

A user is one Google account, either a personal @gmail.com account or a Google Workspace account. Each license works with a single account, so if you use several Google accounts, each one needs its own license. Aliases of your account don't count as separate users.

#### Do you offer discounts for educational institutions or non-profits?

#### How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time by following [these instructions](https://yamm.com/help/admin/billing/cancel-auto-renewal/). Your license stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We don't offer prorated refunds.

#### Can I get a refund?

Only in exceptional cases, such as upgrading from an individual plan to a Team plan. We never refund subscriptions older than 90 days.

#### Will my license be automatically renewed?

Yes. We send you a reminder before each renewal, and you can turn off automatic renewal at any time.

#### Can I transfer my license to another Gmail or Google Workspace account?

Only within the same domain. For example, when someone with a license leaves your organization, you can give their license to a colleague.

### Security

#### Is my data safe with YAMM?

Yes. YAMM never stores your Gmail drafts or the content of your spreadsheet. The only recipient addresses it keeps are those of people who unsubscribed or whose emails bounced, so it can offer to skip them in later mail merges. Your data is processed automatically by the application, never by hand by Talarian staff, and we never sell personal data. #### What permissions are needed to use YAMM?

YAMM only asks for the Google permissions it needs to work with your Google apps. Our [permissions guide](https://yamm.com/help/resources/data-security-and-policy/data-policy/data-access-what-permissions-are-needed-to-use-yamm/) lists each one and what it is used for.

#### Is YAMM GDPR compliant?

Yes. As a data controller, Talarian, the company behind YAMM, processes personal data as described in its [privacy policy](https://yamm.com/privacy-policy). As a data processor, YAMM processes personal data under the [Talarian Data Processing Agreement](https://talarian.io/data-processing-agreement).

#### Is the company behind YAMM ISO 27001 certified?

Yes. You can find our certificate in our [Trust Center](https://security.talarian.io).

#### Is YAMM HIPAA compliant?

Yes. We offer customers a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as an addendum to their license agreement. To request one, fill in [this Google Form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeMhfM91ze2dnOTTE2TWZvqx3AFSP2anNgCfvkpzkSHhVGbpQ/viewform) and you will receive our [standard BAA](https://docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-1vQqvhqXUt2cXYBxV8t994IPbYv6STB-xYAd9evL7rgYdDVb7BKAtPTCfHWqMoofKyT7Lyr087svZ5mY/pub) to sign.

### Email delivery

#### How many emails can I send per day?

It depends on your plan:

- Free plan: up to 20 recipients a day.
- Pro gmail.com, with a personal @gmail.com account: up to 400 recipients a day.
- Pro Google Workspace and Team, with a Google Workspace account: up to 1,500 recipients a day per user. New Workspace accounts are [limited to 400 recipients a day](https://yamm.com/help/usage/troubleshooting/quota-issues/#why-is-your-quota-lower-than-expected) for a while.
- To email more than 1,500 recipients a day, use several Google Workspace accounts.

If your Google account is new, start slowly, with no more than 100 emails a day. Sending too many too quickly can make Google lower your limit or suspend your account.

#### Will my emails land in spam or the Promotions tab?

YAMM sends emails from your own Gmail account, which greatly reduces that risk. Our [anti-spam guide](https://yamm.com/help/usage/create-campaign/avoid-spam-issues/) explains how to reach your recipients' inboxes.

### Features

#### How can I personalize my emails?

You can personalize the [email body](https://yamm.com/help/usage/create-campaign/personalize-content/#personalize-your-email-body), the [subject line](https://yamm.com/help/usage/create-campaign/personalize-content/#personalize-your-subject-line) and the CC and BCC fields. For example, if your spreadsheet has a “firstname” column, writing “Dear {{firstname}}” in your draft greets each recipient by their first name.

#### Can I use CC/BCC fields with YAMM?

Yes. You can add the same CC and BCC addresses to every email, or different ones for each recipient.

#### Does YAMM integrate with my CRM?

Yes, through Google Sheets. Export your contacts from your CRM, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to a spreadsheet, email them with YAMM, then bring the results back into your CRM. Our [CRM integration guides](https://yamm.com/help/usage/crm-integrations/) show how.

#### Does YAMM add a branded footer to my emails?

No. YAMM never adds its branding to your emails.
