Configure Google Form submission notifications

YAMM is excellent to send emails upon form submissions as your email templates are standard drafts in Gmail (meaning that you can easily use an alias, add cc, bcc, attachments, inline images, etc.). Follow the instructions below to configure your form submission notifications.

Delay mail merge until a specific column has been filled

If you have activated another script/add-on that is triggered upon form submission, you might want this script to finish its work before beginning the mail merge.

Send personalized prefilled form URLs to your recipients

Sending unique URLs with YAMM is very easy. You can use this feature to send personalized prefilled form links to your recipients. This option works with Google Form, TypeForm or any other type of form.

Configure Google form notifications in YAMM after switching your email domain

If your Google Workspace administrator switched your email account to a new domain (for example, from @yet-another-mail-merge.com to @yamm.com), YAMM prevents you from changing the form notifications configuration of your Google forms. If you attempt to reconfigure the form notifications, YAMM shows the error message below.
