Manage Your Plan Purchased by Debit or Credit Card
You paid by credit or debit card through our Stripe payment gateway. Learn how to manage your YAMM plan.
Update your YAMM payment information
When you enjoy a product or service, you expect that it runs smoothly and without unexpected interruptions. If you already have a YAMM plan and have a new debit or credit card you want to use for future payments, you can update your payment information to avoid interruptions caused by unsuccessful payments.
How does automatic renewal of YAMM plan work?
After you purchase a YAMM plan, you have a recurring yearly plan and payment set up. All YAMM plans are valid for 1 year. After 1 year expires from the purchase date, your plan will be renewed automatically.
Cancel the auto-renewal of your YAMM plan
Each YAMM plan is set up for yearly auto-renewal by default. You can cancel the yearly auto-renewal for your plan. Your plan will remain active until it ends.
Failed YAMM renewal payment
Your YAMM plan is automatically renewed every year. The plan renewal fails if the payment provider cannot charge the debit or credit card you used for your last payment. This is typically due to expired or inactive cards.
Suspended YAMM plan
If your renewal payment fails, the payment service tries to bill you daily for five days. The subscription date is based on the date on which your previous subscription payment was made.
Renew your YAMM plan
You can renew a suspended or cancelled subscription from the checkout page in your YAMM dashboard.
Check your YAMM payment history
You can review all previous payments you made through Stripe on the checkout page. You can open the checkout page from your YAMM dashboard.
How did you pay for your YAMM plan?
You purchased a YAMM plan, and you don't remember if you paid by debit or credit card via our payment provider Stripe or via Paypal. You can find this information from the checkout page in your YAMM dashboard.
