Your payment failed or your subscription is suspended: you paid by Paypal or by card via Paypal

If you purchased your YAMM license by Paypal or by card via Paypal, your license is renewed by Paypal automatically. If PayPal can't renew your license, it's usually because your credit or debit card has expired. This article indicates what happens if PayPal can't bill you.

info

This article is for users who purchased their license by Paypal or by card via Paypal. If you paid by credit or debit card without using Paypal, read the article: Your payment failed, or your subscription is suspended. Learn more: How did you pay for your YAMM license?

Your subscription payment failed

If your subscription payment fails, you receive an email indicating that your payment failed.

From the day you receive this notification, we grant you five days' free use of YAMM to give you time to update the payment information.

After five days, PayPal tries to bill you again. If the payment succeeds, your subscription is renewed from the payment date. If the payment fails again, you receive a second email the same as the one shown above. Again, we will grant you an extra five days.

tip

To avoid service disruption, we grant you up to ten days' free use of YAMM after your license renewal date!

info

You can update your payment information to ensure that your license is renewed.

Your subscription has been suspended

If PayPal still can't renew your license ten days after you received the first notification, your subscription is suspended, and you receive an email.

warning

Although your license should not renew automatically if your subscription has been suspended, the renewal process is automated by PayPal and we have no control over it. To avoid the risk of duplicate charges, we recommend you cancel your subscription if you manually purchase a new plan.
