Learn how to create and manage your YAMM Space: add or remove members, buy seats, upgrade plans, and manage admin access.

What’s a space?

A space in YAMM is an entity containing one or more members.

Upgrade your space plan to Pro

Upgrading to Pro starts a yearly subscription. You pay upfront for the number of seats you choose.

Buy more seats

If you are on a Pro plan, you can purchase additional seats at any time as your team grows. Each seat is a paid slot that you can assign to add a member to your space.

Add members to your space

If your space is on a Pro plan and has available seats, you can add members to your space by assigning these seats to them.

Remove members from your space

Remove members from your space if they no longer need YAMM. You can then reuse their seat or remove it from your subscription.

Grant admin access to your space

As the space owner, you can set roles in your space. Giving a member the admin role lets them add or remove members.

Remove unused seats

Remove unused seats to keep your subscription aligned with your team size. This schedules a downgrade that takes effect at your next billing cycle.

Transfer the ownership of a space

Transfer space ownership to give another member the permissions to add or remove members, assign roles, and manage billing. You lose these rights when ownership changes.

Cancel your Pro plan subscription

Cancelling your Pro plan subscription will stop it from renewing at the end of the billing cycle. You'll still have access to Pro features until then.
