Big campaigns: How to send more than 1,500 emails?

Schedule your campaign to send your emails over several days
In our survey about YAMM execution time, we saw that it takes you 30 min to send 1,500 emails.
Instead of sending your mail merge now and waiting half an hour, we recommended using our scheduling solution. Then YAMM automatically sends your scheduled mail merge when your quota resets.
Scheduling your campaign also lets you bypass the daily quota of 1,500 emails from Google side and send big campaigns.
For example, if your spreadsheet contains 10,000 recipients, you can schedule your campaign so that the first 1,500 recipients get your email in 1 hour or so. Then YAMM will automatically send your campaign to the remaining 8,500 recipients within 6 days (1,500 max each day), every time your quota resets.
Send your big campaign with multiple Google accounts in one day
If you don't want to schedule over multiple days, the other solution is to send your mail merge from different Google accounts.
You can use the alias feature to send from the original account and set a reply-to account so that all responses land in the same account.
If you want to see all your tracking stats in the same sheet, share the original Google Sheets with your different accounts. Then send the rest of your mail merge directly on the same spreadsheet.
